Zainify AI Photography ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered product photography platform operated at photography-ai.thezainify.com. We provide AI-driven image generation services for fashion, product photography, and creative content creation, primarily serving e-commerce businesses and individual sellers in Pakistan and internationally.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: Username, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
- Google Sign-In: If you use Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and Google profile ID.
- Payment Information: Transaction IDs, subscription plan selected, and payment status via PayFast. We do not store credit card or banking details directly.
- Product Images: Images you upload for AI processing. These are temporarily stored for generation purposes only.
- Custom Instructions: Any text prompts or creative instructions you provide for image generation.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and browser user-agent (for security and session management)
- Pages visited and features used (via Google Analytics)
- Generation logs including success/failure status and error messages
- Credits usage and transaction history
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate our AI image generation services
- To manage your account, credits, and subscription
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts)
- To improve our AI models and service quality
- To diagnose technical errors and provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising profiling.
4. AI Image Processing
When you upload product images for AI generation:
- Your images are temporarily uploaded to our secure server for processing.
- Images are sent to Industry-leading AI APIs for prompt generation and image synthesis.
- Uploaded source images are automatically deleted from our servers after generation is complete.
- Generated output images are stored in your personal library and accessible via your account.
- You retain full ownership of images you upload and the generated outputs.

6. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on secured servers via Hostinger (EU-based infrastructure).
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
- Sessions are protected with IP binding and user-agent verification.
- HTTPS encryption is enforced for all communications.
- Uploaded images are deleted automatically after each generation job.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your credentials safe.
7. Your Rights

- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
